How the Wend Solver Works

Our Wend solver gives you today's answer and hints for the daily LinkedIn Wend puzzle. Click any letter cell on the grid to reveal just that letter — it lights up in the word's colour and a hint card slides in below the board showing the word blank with that position filled in. Keep clicking more cells, or use "Reveal Letter" on the hint card to uncover the next letter in path order without revealing everything at once.

"Reveal Word" animates the full word path into place one letter at a time. "Reveal all" does the same for every unsolved word in sequence. "Clear all" resets every reveal so you can start fresh. Use the puzzle picker at the top to look up answers from previous days.

What Is LinkedIn Wend?

Wend is a daily word-path puzzle on LinkedIn. Each puzzle contains a grid of letter tiles (with some cells blocked) and a set of hidden words. To solve it, you drag or tap to connect adjacent letters horizontally or vertically to trace each word's path through the grid. Every unblocked letter must be used exactly once across all words — no tile belongs to more than one word.

The word count and grid size may vary from day to day, but each puzzle always has a unique solution. The challenge is figuring out which letters belong to which word and in what order they connect. Read more about how Wend works in our Wend deep-dive.

Tips for Solving Wend

Start with the longest word. A longer word has fewer possible paths through the grid, so finding it first anchors the rest of the puzzle. Look for common letter combinations and word endings (-ING, -ED, -ER, -TION) to identify likely paths.

Trace from corners and edges first. Cells in corners or along edges have fewer neighbor options, making them easier to place. Once you know a corner cell's word, you've constrained the paths significantly.

If letters remain that can't form the remaining words, backtrack. This is the classic sign of a misplaced word. Try the solver's "Reveal Letter" feature to get an unstuck hint on the specific word giving you trouble.

Wend is one of LinkedIn's daily games. We also have solvers for Crossclimb, Queens, Tango, Pinpoint, Mini Sudoku, Zip, and Patches.
