BULKER (plural BULKERs) (nautical) A bulk dry goods cargo ship. (nautical) A person employed to ascertain the bulk or size of goods, in order to fix the amount of freight or dues payable on them. A person who bulks (gains body mass). Anything, such as a dietary supplement or an exercise, that helps a person to gain body mass.
