We sent an initial BRN proposal for $800 in NOUN, plus install detectors (total approx $1,000). PERSONS NAME got quotes for the VERB/replace/ VERB furnace air ducts (which PERSONS NAME considers an upgrade), and part of the original $800. PERSONS NAME showed an HVAC tech the inspection report with the pics and he said it's going to have to be completely redone. (Note from inspection report: If this gas line is truly connected through an air duct line, the PLURAL NOUN are significant; if the gas line , NOUN could be sent through the ducting of PLACE.) COUNTRY sent over invoice for $5,000. Buyer doesn't feel ADJECTIVE proceeding unless this gets resolved or she's credited.
