We sent an initial BRN proposal for $800 CILR, plus install NOUN (total approx $1,000). They got quotes for the repair/replace/ furnace air ducts (which Glen considers an upgrade), and part of the original $800. BA showed PERSONS NAME the inspection report with the pics and he said it's going to have to be completely PAST TENSE VERB. (Note from inspection report: If this gas line is truly connected through an air duct line, the hazards are significant; if the gas line ruptures, gas could be sent through the ducting of the building.) Vendor sent over invoice for $5,000. Buyer doesn't feel comfortable proceeding unless this gets resolved or she's credited.
