Crucial Conversation (krōō shel kän´vŭr sa´ shen) n - A discussion between  NUMBER or more  PLURAL NOUN in which they hold (1) opposing  PLURAL NOUN about a (2)  ADJECTIVE issue and where (3)  PLURAL NOUN run strong. The first principle for positive change is  THREE WORD PHRASE. That is, people who  VERB their dialogue skills  ADVERB ask themselves whether they’re in or out of  PLACE . They may not know  ADVERB how to fix the  ADJECTIVE problem they’re facing, but they do know that if they’re not in dialogue, it can’t be  ADJECTIVE .
