'Twas The Night Before...

'Twas the night before a presidential election, and all through the country, not a politician was stirring, not even a  NOUN The ballots were stacked by the chimney with care, in hopes that fair results soon would be there. The  ADJECTIVE candidates were nestled all snug in their bed, while visions of  NOUN policies danced in their heads. The  ADJECTIVE voter’s in their  NOUN, and Bernie in her  NOUN, had just settled down for a long election night's  VERB . When out on the  NOUN there arose such a(n)  ADJECTIVE clatter, Bernie sprang from her  NOUN to see what was the matter. When, what to her wondering eyes should appear, but a loyal Tommy Doyle with a  ADJECTIVE cheer! Tommy spoke not a word, but went straight to work at the Election Center, and filled all the DS300, then turned with a  VERB . He sprang to his  NOUN, with his trusty team of poll workers, And away they all flew like the down of a  NOUN. But Bernie heard him exclaim, "Happy Election Day to all, and to all a good night!"
