Why It's Good To Pray

When we pray, it should be  ADJECTIVE . By praying, we are communicating with our heavenly  NOUN. Nevertheless, the Bible calls Jehovah the “Hearer of  PLURAL NOUN". It even invites you to “throw all your  PLURAL NOUN on him." Call on him regularly in prayer, and do so using his name,  PERSONS NAME. He cares for us deeply and wishes that we  VERB with him whenever we get the chance. James 4: 8 tells us that, “  VERB close to God, and he will  VERB close to you.” When we communicate with our God, we are building a stronger friendship with him. The Bible invites us to “  VERB constantly.” We want our prayers to be specific. We don't want Jehovah to think we're joking in our prayers. One brother named Jeremy feels that “If we’re not careful, our prayers could become a wish list. But by  PAST TENSE VERB to Jehovah, we come to appreciate the many things he has given us and we focus our prayers on something more than just ourselves.” We show Jehovah we are appreciative for everything he has done for us but thanking him in  NOUN. The Bible does not limit prayer to any particular time or place. In the Bible, we find a record of God’s  PLURAL NOUN praying anytime, anywhere. Jesus said: “When you pray, go into your private room and, after  PAST TENSE VERB your door, pray to your Father who is in secret; then your Father who looks on in secret will  VERB you.”
