Lab Safety Contract

Protect your eyes with  ADJECTIVE goggles. DO NOT Wear  ANIMAL -toed shoes in the lab. The BIG Things: FOLLOW  PLURAL NOUN ! BE SAFE! The Specifics: DO Know how to use tools  ADVERB and correctly, if you are not sure  VERB ! Practice shadow boxing OUTSIDE of  PLACE . Be  ADJECTIVE ! Check for  NOUN before, during and after ALL activities.  MOVEMENT at all times. Refrain from  MOVEMENT …even if there is  SOUND . DO NOT Engage in “horseplay” in the  PLACE IN SCHOOL . Allow  ADJECTIVE cords to hang or stretch across  PLACE . DO Use  PLURAL NOUN and materials ONLY for the purpose of completing the  ADJECTIVE project. Stop   ING VERB immediately, put everything down, turn  PLURAL NOUN off, and follow your teacher’s instructions when you hear the words: STOP,  VERB , and LISTEN! Return to your  FURNITURE and  ACTION VERB , once you have  PAST TENSE VERB up. DO NOT Produce other  PLURAL NOUN with lab materials or tools. Leave the lab before you are  PAST TENSE VERB The BIG Things: BE SMART! BE CAUTIOUS WITH MATERIALS! The Specifics: DO Tell your  PERSON THAT WORKS IN SCHOOL  ADVERB about broken tools or  NOUN. Carry  ADJECTIVE objects AWAY from your body. Get help when   ING VERB long or  ADJECTIVE materials. DO NOT Throw,  ACTION VERB , slide, sling, fling, etc. ANY tools, materials, or  SOMETHING LARGE . Eat, lick, or  ACTION VERB materials being used in lab activities Use tools, machines, and materials in ways they should not be used. DO Ask for  NOUN if you are unsure about the  PLURAL NOUN .
