The thing I EMOTION about Customer Service Week is the NOUN we can all have and the NOUN we can share. When you get down to basics, you need to have fun at work. If you’re not having fun it’s just not a great way to spend the day. One of my favorite memories at work was the day my friend and I had chair spin conversations. This would happen when we would spin our desk chairs and only talk when we were face to face. I don’t remember what we talked about, but I do remember the laughs.
