Easy Beef Wellington Recipe

Step 1 Using kitchen twine, tie  CUT OF MEAT in  NUMBER places. Season generously with  SEASONING and  SEASONING. Step 2 Over  ADJECTIVE heat, coat bottom of a heavy skillet with olive  LIQUID. Once pan is nearly  VERB ING, sear  SAME CUT OF MEAT until well- on all sides, including the ends, about  NUMBER minutes per side (12  UNIT OF TIME total). Transfer to a  NOUN.
