JHSNI will cooperate with subpoenas, search warrants and court orders. An NOUN receiving a subpoena, NOUN or other application for a court order that requires production of records for another party, shall immediately VERB the Executive Director or designate and provide details of the PLURAL NOUN of protected information to which the NOUN, search warrant or other court application refers.
