Emergency Surgery

On  DAY OF THE WEEK at  TIME in the afternoon, I was at a  PLACE in  COUNTRY. I was with  CELEBRITY and we were  ADVERB  VERB ING with  PLURAL NOUN. I ended up  VERB ING over a  NOUN and fell, completely shattering my  BODY PART and puncturing my  ORGAN. I was rushed to the hospital in a/an  COLOR  VEHICLE, driven by a/an  NOUN. The doctor looked very  ADJECTIVE and said that I needed immediate surgery. The surgery took  NUMBER hours, but went smoothly. I have to wear a  COLOR cast and stay in the hospital for  NUMBER days to recover, but  PERSON and  PERSON bring me lots of  ADJECTIVE  PLURAL NOUN and  COLOR  PLURAL NOUN. The nurses have also been very  ADJECTIVE and  ADVERB  VERB around my room to make sure I'm healthy and comfortable.
