In order to make a brooch you need to start by sanding your copper disc by getting all your oils off that were from your hands. Enameling is necessary in order to make a NOUN so you can add color to your copper disc. But while you are VERB you need to wear a mask because it can be harmful to breathe in the copper. Instead of using a kiln you can also use a torch to VERB up the disc because they can both complete the job. Before your copper disc is placed in the kiln you have to put it on a trivet with tweezers in order for the brooch to fire on both sides. During this process you also want to wear safety glasses to ensure your NOUN. In order to add your chosen NOUN to your brooch you need to wet enamel it by using a sifter. To copy your design that you drew in pencil to your brooch you can use a white gel pen. You can use the firing fork to insert your brooch into the NOUN.
