Government Of USA

In the United States we have a federal  NOUN, which means that power is divided between a national level government and  # state governments. Each of these states has its own subdivision of governments with thousands of local governments, counties, and  PL NOUN. Overall, the national government is the most known, and it has  # branches of government. These are the executive,  NOUN, and judicial. Legislative is the most  ADJ in that it controls the money, creates new laws,  VERB war, and can change the very Constitution that structures and guides the government. However, the Legislative is broken up into more than 500 different seats of power across  # bicameral houses of Congress. These are the House of Representatives, which has seats based on the  NOUN of each state. For example,  STATE has only one representative, while Texas has  #. The House has some special powers—all bills about money must  VERB in the House, and it is the entity responsible for impeaching the  NOUN. The Senate is also called the  ADJ house and has 100 active members; they are 2 from each  NOUN. The Senate has some powers that the House does not, like  VERB +ING on impeachment,  VERB +ING Supreme Court justices, and being able to use the filibuster to  VERB forever. The executive branch is headed by the  PROPER NOUN, who has a Vice President who can take over in the event that the President is  VERB PAST TENSE or incapacitated. The Vice President can take over following a death, and impeachment, or if the  #th Amendment is used to remove an unfit President. The executive has the power to sign bills into law or  VERB them, deploy  PL NOUN, make treaties with governments, and serves as a figurehead for the whole  PROPER PLACE. There are thousands of people who work at the  COLOR House or in the Office of the President. There are also tons of employees under the  # Secretaries who serve the President, like the Secretary of  NOUN, Secretary of the Interior, and the Secretary  NOUN. These posts are very prestigious, but are appointed rather than  NOUN +ED. Overall, the executive is in charge of “doing” government. That is why it also is the branch that oversees the hundreds of federal bureaucracies like  PROPER NOUN, the FBI, and the Post Office. At the state level, local governors are in charge of the state-based  PL NOUN, like the  ACRONYM, libraries, and schools. The Judicial branch is arguably the  ADJ democratic. There are no elections for judges at the federal level, and a group of  # Supreme Justices make sweeping decisions about  ADJ issues like civil rights and civil liberties. It was the Supreme Court which decided in  NAME v. Wainwright that legal aid needed to be provided for the  ADJ who could not afford attorneys. But it was also the Supreme Court in Dredd Scot v.  NAME which decided that  COLOR people were not citizens and had not legal rights. Thus, the Court is pretty  ADJ for its decisions and the implications they have for years before a future Court changes its mind on a matter. The government of the USA has its pros and cons, but overall, it  VERB.
