Dear Mr. and Mrs. Heffley,
Unfortunately, Manny had a ADJECTIVE day at preschool today. When I greeted him as he arrived, he said, "Hi, Ms. SILLY WORD." Then, when I helped him take off his ARTICLE OF CLOTHING, he said my breath smelled like TYPE OF FOOD (PLURAL). I thought his NOUN would improve after he got setted, but he then threw an art project at FIRST NAME (FEMALE) had been working on in NOUN. I brought the group together to sing "Old LAST NAME," hoping this would get Manny back on track. But when the children started to sing "with an oink-oink here," Manny made ANIMAL noises instead. Manny is usually such a ADJECTIVE child. Perhaps you can VERB with him about his behavior today.
Regards,
Mrs. LAST NAME
PS: I haven't seen Rodrick since I taught him years ago. Did he ever learn to VERB his name.
