The Quality Improvement Specialist Network is a statewide group, consisting of Quality Improvement Specialists (QIS) from each Child Care Resource and Referral Agency. There are NUMBER Quality Improvement Specialists throughout the state. The QRIS Coordinator is PERSONS NAME and has been in the position for NUMBER OF YEAR(S). QIS are responsible for VERB one-on-one with child care home providers, child care PLURAL NOUN, and child care centers to advance through the WV NOUN. In order to qualify for tier II eligibility, one must be a registered provider for at least NUMBER OF YEAR(S), have a regular two-year operating license, and have a current NOUN with their local Child Care Resource and Referral Agency. All child care owners/directors must also attend at least NUMBER NOUN per year and it must be worth at least NUMBER credit hours.
