Mr. Schmidt's Long Day

Once the decision to cancel school for the day had been made, Mr. Schmidt rose to the occasion. He knew the paths around the school would be slippery and dangerous so he got a shovel and helped Mr. Rick clear paths for the students. He was demonstrating the RISE trait of  RISE. Mr. Schmidt knows that our school has a great reputation for taking care of others, and he wants to do that for his community. He was showing the RISE trait of  RISE by taking care of others. As always, Mr. Schmidt was talking to the students about their lives, and their plans for the long break ahead, he is always showing the RISE trait of  RISE. Lastly, since he appreciates all that Bradford does for him, he wants to pay that back by showing  RISE. He is a great example of what RISING ABOVE looks like. However, after he got inside from helping all the students, Mr. Schmidt found that his fingers had turned  COLOR from the cold and looked for a way to warm them up. He knew he would be in the school for a while and it was not likely he was going to be able to go on his scheduled trip to  PLACE in  COUNTRY. As everyone knows, Mr. Schmidt loves to work out and he thought that a little physical exercise would be just the thing to warm him up. He started in  TEACHER's room and moved everything to the hallway. It was working! His fingers were no longer  COLOR and he was finally feeling warm. He went down the hall to  TEACHER's room and brought all of their things into the hallway as well, even the  COLOR couch! He went from room to room until he was finally warm. However at this point, there was so much snow that he knew if he didn't get out of the school and drive  PLACE, he may be stuck there for all of the break. He made it out with the plan to return from break early and get everything back in its original place. He did manage to take his vacation and spent a wonderful week in  COUNTRY. Right before he came back home to Colorado, his flight was delayed for two days and he would not get back in time to put all the furniture back into the classrooms. He was worried that some teachers would be upset, but was sure that it would be ok with  TEACHER, because they were best friends. Once he came back to school, a few days after the break was over, he was greeted with cheers because everyone knew what a  ADJECTIVE  ADJECTIVE  ADJECTIVE person he was. Now we finally have the answer to the Bradford Snow Day Mystery.
