I know that the holidays can be a triggering time for people. So instead of NEGATIVE COPING SKILL, I will be doing this. I am self aware and know that my triggers are TRIGGER and TRIGGER. When these things happen I will not make things worse by NEGATIVE COPING SKILL. Instead I know I can COPING SKILL, COPING SKILL or COPING SKILL. I will know to use these skills when I start feeling NEGATIVE FEELING or NEGATIVE FEELING. My goal feeling is POSITIVE FEELING. I also know that to use healthy distractions like DISTRACTION and DISTRACTION. I can even put on CHRISTMAS MOVIE as a distraction. When distractions and coping skills don't seem to work I can go to SAFE PLACE. In addition to SAFE PLACE, I can talk to SAFE PERSON, SAFE PERSON , or SAFE PERSON.
