    This word is<\/a> a variant of souk, or an open-air market in North Africa or the Middle East. Unlike many of the other options on this list, it does require a \u2018U.’ But because it\u2019s so short, odds are you\u2019ll be able to find the letters to play this term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Cinq<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      This alternate spelling of cinque<\/a> means the cardinal number 5. This word isn\u2019t valid in SOWPODS, but it is considered good in most other Scrabble dictionaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Talaq<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          One of the few words on this list you\u2019ll probably recognize, tranq <\/em>is an abbreviation<\/a> for tranquilize. That means \u201cto use a drug to cause someone to become very relaxed and calm.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Umiaq<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            This word is an alternative spelling of umiak, <\/em>meaning a large, open boat made of skins stretched over a wooden frame. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. Kamotiq<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              This word means<\/a> \u201ca vehicle having runners and used for carrying people or loads over ice or snow.\u201d In other words, it\u2019s a sled. This term is acceptable to play in most Scrabble dictionaries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Also spelled tsaddik or tzaddiq, this word means<\/a> \u201ca very righteous person, especially a Hassidic spiritual leader.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
